Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma (or GED) with 30 college credits, or an Associate/Bachelor's degree. 21+ years old, with strong communication and classroom management skills, are preferred; prior substitute experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 30 college credit hours (verifiable)
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree highly preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Prior teaching or substitute experience is a plus
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Prior experience working with youth is required

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom coverage when teachers are absent
• Follow lesson plans left by the regular teacher
• Maintain a safe, positive, and productive classroom environment
• Adapt quickly to different grade levels and school settings
• Follow all district and school policies
