Sub Teacher Source is seeking Substitute Teachers for Charlotte, North Carolina to cover classrooms when teachers are absent, following prepared lesson plans and maintaining a safe, productive environment.

Positions are on-call and part-time, with opportunities to work Monday through Friday, and weekly pay. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, with 21+ age, and prior youth experience; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Sub Teacher Source is a leading staffing agency that partners with school districts to provide dependable Substitute Teachers when regular educators are unavailable. Our mission is simple: ensure students continue receiving quality education no matter the day.

We are currently hiring on-call and/or part Substitute Teachers who are flexible and available throughout the week. High Demand particularly on Mondays and Fridays.

Position: Substitute Teacher (Part Time/On-Call )

Most substitute teaching assignments are posted the evening before or the morning of the school day. Advance scheduling may be available depending on school needs and availability.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required/ with a minimum of 30 college credit hours. (verifiable experience working in a classroom may still deem you eligible if you do not have 30 credit hours completed)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Prior teaching or substitute experience is a plus
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Prior experience professionally working with the youth REQUIRED
• Dependent, flexible, and punctual.
