Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Instructional Duties: Implement provided lesson plans, deliver lessons across different subjects, assign and explain homework, and adapt methods to meet student needs.
• Classroom Management: Maintain discipline, enforce school policies, foster a respectful atmosphere, and supervise students during class and other activities (lunch, recess, hallways).
• Administrative Tasks: Take attendance, record grades, distribute materials, complete daily reports for the regular teacher, and handle necessary paperwork.
