Arkansas Lighthouse Charter School in Jacksonville, AR is seeking dedicated Substitute Teachers to keep learning on track when regular teachers are absent.

Schedule is Mon-Fri, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with flexible placement across grade levels; you will follow lesson plans, maintain classroom management, and support scholars. Competitive daily rate of $88–$105.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree or Arkansas teaching license preferred).
• Prior experience working with children in an educational setting preferred.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
