- The Substitute Teacher at ARC Human Services is responsible for providing instruction and managing classroom environments in the absence of regular teachers. This role is crucial in maintaining the continuity of education and ensuring that students receive quality learning experiences even when their regular educators are unavailable.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lesson plans and educational materials provided by the regular teacher, ensuring that students remain engaged and on track with their curriculum.
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment, addressing any issues that arise promptly and effectively.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs, ensuring all students have the opportunity to understand and engage with the material.
• Communicate effective with students, parents, and school staff to provide updates on student progress and any concerns that may need addressing.
• Follow school policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all students and staff.
• Attend any necessary meeting or training sessions to stay informed about school policies and educational strategies.

Qualifications

Required Education
