Whitsons is seeking a Substitute Food Service Worker for Wallkill Central School District to help prepare, portion, and serve nutritious meals to students and staff. This on-call role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays, and summers off, with paid training and opportunities for growth.

As a substitute team member, you’ll contribute to a positive mealtime atmosphere, follow strict food safety guidelines, and enjoy a family-friendly schedule.

Qualificações

• Education: High School or GED.
• Certifications: Food Handling certification preferred but not required.
• Other Qualifications: Speak and read English.
• Some experience helpful.
• Be able to lift 40 pounds or more.

Responsabilidades

• Prep, portion, and serve meals to students and staff.
• Set up and clean serving areas and kitchen equipment.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming mealtime atmosphere.
• Support the team and jump in wherever needed.
