Whitsons is seeking a Substitute School Food Service Worker to support our school nutrition team. Flexible, on-call schedule with no nights or weekends, Monday–Friday. Training provided; prior food service experience is helpful but not required. Earn $16.75 per hour while helping keep meals nutritious and on time for students and staff.

Qualifications

• Must complete all Whitsons and government-mandated training as required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional food service experience preferred but not required.
• ServSafe certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to speak and read English sufficient to understand and perform job assignments, recipes, and safety requirements.

Responsabilités

• Prep, portion, and serve meals to students and staff.
• Set up and clean serving areas and kitchen equipment.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming mealtime atmosphere.
• Support the team and jump in wherever needed.
