Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent.
• Two years of HR experience preferred.
• General knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts and onboarding of substitutes.
• Provide first line of customer service to substitutes and principals.
• Manage relationships with substitute management system vendors and oversee software integration.
• Coordinate training and development for substitutes and school staff.
