Job summary

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have some experience in custodial services, cleaning occupations and or facilities maintenance.
• Experience using cleaning equipment and chemicals approved for use in public facilities and following district standards.
• May be responsible for set-up of facilities for events and activities and reporting maintenance concerns.

Responsibilities

• Observe, evaluate, and perform minor maintenance and report larger repair concerns to the maintenance department.
• Provide exterior grounds and building care, including seasonal tasks like grass cutting, weeding, snow and ice removal.
• Follow all work safety policies and attend required meetings and training.
