Job summary

Villa Montessori is seeking an Assistant Teacher to join our Montessori program. You will work alongside teachers and families to provide an authentic Montessori experience, guiding children aged 16 months to 6 years toward independence and a strong sense of community.

Responsibilities include supporting the lead teacher, supervising children, and maintaining classroom materials. A high school diploma is required, with preference for 1+ year in licensed childcare and an associate degree in early

What will you be doing?
