Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of related experience.
• 4+ years of project management experience in utility substation or transmission line projects.
• Proficiency with Excel and scheduling/financial tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project teams across internal and external stakeholders for utility substation or transmission line projects.
• Plan and manage all phases of project execution, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Establish and maintain effective communication among stakeholders and lead meetings.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure PMCoE standards.
• Travel up to 20% and perform site visits with PPE.
• Oversee project closeout and warranty management.
