Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent years of education/experience.
• Experience in electric utility environments preferred.
• Proficient technical writing and strong communication skills.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency and document control experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training programs using blended learning with hands-on tasks.
• Design and update procedures, checklists, and work methods.
• Coordinate document reviews with Safety, Engineering Standards, Training.
• Maintain training records, course completions, assessments and qualifications.
• Support storm/Emergency readiness and after-hours responsibilities.
