Qualifications

• Combination of education and directly relevant engineering experience.
• Experience in substations, protection and controls, SCADA, and automation appreciated.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of protection and coordination is required; domain flexibility helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead substation and SCADA engineering teams and oversee operations.
• Plan staffing, training, and performance assessments per policy.
• Interface with internal/external stakeholders to meet safety and reliability goals.
