Job summary

Qualus is seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern to support our engineering teams on real-world projects in Fort Worth, TX. You will help prepare electrical design packages and develop drawings using AutoCAD or MicroStation, while learning the QC process from senior engineers.

This internship offers in-office experience with full-time or part-time flexibility, designed for students pursuing an ABET-accredited BS/BE in Electrical Engineering.

Qualifications

• Full time student in ABET-accredited Electrical Engineering program.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit drawings using AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
• Learn and assist with quality checks (QC) on electrical drawings under senior engineers.
• Support project documentation and general office tasks.
• Apply company processes, procedures, and client standards in project work.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and gain exposure to a variety of project phases.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
