Qualifications

• Associate degree in applied science CAD or related field, or 6 years of equivalent drafting experience.
• One to two years of relevant equivalent experience in electric utility and/or drafting/CAD work.

Responsibilities

• Create, revise, and maintain engineering drawings and sketches.
• Design protection system schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Use CAD software (AutoCAD Electrical) to support design development and ensure accuracy in substation drawings.
• Collaborate with engineers and field staff during testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
