Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group seeks a Substation Project Manager to lead engineering projects related to substations, ensuring schedule and budget performance and enhancing profitability.

You will supervise engineers, collaborate with peers and leads, and maintain fee revenue forecasts while aligning practices with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Active in client presentations and sales calls will be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing substation projects.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an ABET-accredited university or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience managing engineering projects.
• Ability to lead projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• General project management experience including cost, budget, schedule, and site walks as necessary.
• Must live near Baltimore, MD.

In this role, you will lead and execute complex engineering projects related to substations, ensuring they meet client and internal performance indicators. Your focus will be on maintaining schedule and budget performance, enhancing project profitability, and fostering strong client relationships and satisfaction. Quality control of technical designs will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities.

As a Substation Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to supervise and mentor other team members, including engineers. Collaboration is at the heart of our work, and you will work closely with peers, Senior Technical Leads, and engineers to achieve project goals. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate fee revenue forecasts and ensuring that our engineering practices align with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and technical innovations.

Additionally, you will play an active role in sales calls and client presentations, showcasing our expertise and commitment to excellence.

Required Qualifications:
