Job summary

InfraSource Electric, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Substation team. You will lead complex substation and security system projects, coordinating with the Substation Director, Superintendent, and field crews to ensure safe and on-time delivery.

This hybrid role requires periodic travel across PA and DMV region, with most work onsite. You will own the project execution plan, manage budget and schedule, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in utility, industrial, or heavy construction environments.
• Experience managing Electric or utility infrastructure construction projects.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Project).
• PMP, CCM or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and own the project execution plan, including safety, staffing, scheduling, and productivity targets.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and project file system (physical and electronic).
• Manage projects with responsibility for overall P&L performance, including budget adherence, margin protection, and cost controls.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, inspectors, and key stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate field supervision, estimating, safety, and support teams to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure Change Orders are documented per the contract.
• Prepare and present weekly project status reports covering cost, schedule, risk, and production.
