Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Physical Sciences, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field required.
• 1–3 years of project coordination or management experience in construction, utilities, or infrastructure.
• Experience working with project management and analytical tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Power BI, Excel, MS Project, or Primavera).

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects in scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead the development of project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure deliverables align with design and operational requirements.
• Monitor project progress and performance through regular updates and field visits.
• Oversee change orders and ensure accurate billing in line with customer requirements.
• Identify and report risks, issues, and variances; help develop mitigation actions.
• Facilitate progress meetings and communicate across stakeholders.
• Assist in project closeout activities, including demobilization, documentation, and lessons learned.
