Job summary

Primoris Pipeline is seeking a Manager Project Management to oversee construction projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and high quality. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management across teams and vendors.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in CM/Engineering and 7–10 years in PM for infrastructure projects; PMP is highly preferred. Travel to project sites may be required, with competitive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive PM experience in construction, infrastructure, heavy civil, or utility sectors.
• Proven track record in delivering large, complex projects from concept to closeout.
• PM methodologies; PMP certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams including subcontractors and vendors.
• Develop plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage budgets and expenditures throughout the lifecycle.
• Communicate with clients and executives on status and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Oversee procurement and site visits to monitor work quality.
• Prepare reports and forecasts for stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency.
