KCI Technologies is seeking an Energy - Project Engineer (Substation) to lead technical planning, design, and delivery from concept through construction and commissioning. You will coordinate with project managers, design leaders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure constructible, high-quality substations that meet client expectations and schedules.

The role requires deep expertise in at least one substation specialty, with the ability to coordinate other disciplines.

• Must have strong technical depth in at least one substation specialty.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning, coordination, design, quality, and delivery from conceptual engineering through construction and commissioning support.
• Provide technical direction to Engineers, Designers, and CAD Technicians; resolve project engineering issues; strengthen standards and workflows; mentor developing staff.
