Job summary

You will mentor Designers and CAD Technicians, work with a project team under a project manager, and ensure designs meet federal, state, and local standards. Responsibilities include developing equipment layouts, grounding, raceways, and control building arrangements, coordinating with Protection & Control, Civil, and other disciplines, and delivering complete

Qualifications

• Senior Design Technician with strong AutoCAD proficiency and construction drawing experience.
• Experience mentoring CAD staff and leading design teams across multi-discipline projects.
• Ability to coordinate with project engineers and clients to meet scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead physical design for substations and coordinate with engineering teams.
• Develop and review equipment layouts, grounding, and raceway designs.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
