Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years in substation or high-voltage engineering.
- Proficiency with Creo and AutoCAD.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and site support.
Responsibilities
- Lead GIS substation projects from concept through installation.
- Translate customer requirements into innovative, cost-effective engineering solutions.
- Develop substation layouts, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
- Lead technical discussions and coordination meetings with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate material procurement activities, fabrication requirements, and installation planning.
- Drive design improvements, standardization efforts, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards, environmental requirements, and safety regulations.
