Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide administrative support for a portfolio of utility capital projects. You will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Construction teams, and external stakeholders to coordinate activities, maintain documentation, track schedules, and help drive projects through the lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to support multiple concurrent Substation projects in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Coordinator experience on utility capital projects.
• Direct Substation project coordination experience in electric utilities.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with project management or tracking software.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments under deadlines.
• Ability to work with cross-functional technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and track milestones.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Schedule meetings with stakeholders.
• Support procurement by coordinating with vendors and tracking POs.
• Provide regular status updates and dashboards.
• Assist with document control and version management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Assist with material logistics for schedules and field execution.
