Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar project support role.
• Previous electric utility experience supporting substation projects is required.
• Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management or scheduling tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a technical environment.
• Ability to travel up to twice per month.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers and engineers with planning, scheduling, and tracking substation project activities.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, reports, records, and project updates.
• Coordinate meetings, document meeting minutes, and follow up on assigned action items.
• Support procurement activities through vendor communication, material tracking, and delivery coordination.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deadlines and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Help ensure project activities comply with applicable safety, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the Substation team.
• Coordinate multiple priorities while collaborating with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
