SEnergy in Boerne, TX seeks a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead EPC substations. You will plan, execute, and close projects, manage budgets, schedules, and resources, and ensure profitability across site work.

You\'ll coordinate with clients and suppliers, develop proposals, and mentor team members while traveling to project sites as needed. A strong engineering background and 10 years in substations are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator.
• 10 years of overall experience engineering or managing Substation projects.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills with effective written and spoken communication.
• Experience with Transmission Lines or HV Substation projects.

Aufgaben

• Oversee project planning, execution, and closing to meet time, scope, budget, and profitability.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and resource plans.
• Create WBS and allocate resources to tasks.
• Conduct kick-off meetings and maintain accountability through regular team meetings.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular status reports to Clients and stakeholders.
