Job summary

SEnergy in Boerne, TX seeks an EPC Project Manager to lead Substation projects from planning through closeout. The role focuses on profitability, scheduling, budgeting, and risk mitigation while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

The candidate will oversee resources, communicate scope and deadlines, and drive project success with a strong emphasis on delivery quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required or preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience as an EPC Project Manager.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills with clear written and oral communication.
• Experience with Transmission Lines or HV Electric Substation projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, execution, and closing to ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery with profitability.
• Maintain clear client relations, respond to inquiries within 48 hours, and provide regular status updates.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation across the project team.
• Lead mid-month reviews and provide performance feedback to supervisors for appraisals.
• Prepare accurate time and expense reporting and assist with proposal cost estimates when needed.
