• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with project execution in the Power industry and engineering consulting firms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a high-performing substation physical engineering team.
• Oversee technical execution of substation projects, ensuring quality, timeliness and budget compliance.
• Assist with proposals including technical writing and project estimating.
• Support growth strategies by identifying and developing specific technical expertise.
• Lead and participate in technical trainings to advance disciplinary knowledge.
• Collaborate with Client Managers and other leaders to ensure integrated service delivery.
