HDR is seeking a dynamic Substation P&C Engineering Team Lead to lead and grow our nationally ranked Power Delivery team in Florida. This technical leadership role emphasizes knowledge of substation engineering, project execution, and team development.

The successful candidate will oversee technical deliverables, mentor staff, and contribute to strategic growth while collaborating with Client Managers and Technical Leaders to ensure world-class solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong communication and listening skills required.
• Professional registration may be required based on role.
• Experience with high voltage substation design and IEEE/ANSI standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a high-performing substation P&C engineering team.
• Oversee technical execution of substation projects including quality, timelines, and budget.
• Assist with proposals, technical writing, and project estimating.
• Collaborate with Client Managers and other leaders to deliver integrated solutions.
