Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Engineering Technology or a related field.
• Graduation date must be after August 2027.
• Must have a valid State Driver’s License and the ability to obtain a CDL Class A Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Assist a higher-level technician in transmission line/substation construction and maintenance.
• Learn how the power grid operates and the role of safety in field work.
• Gain exposure to electrical drawings, NERC compliance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Develop orderly, methodical work planning under supervision.
