Qualifications

• Enrolled in a two-year degree program in Engineering Technology or related field.
• Graduation date after August 2027.
• Must have a valid State Driver's License and ability to obtain CDL Class A.
• Duties require safety-focused mindset and basic technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Support senior technicians in transmission line/substation construction and maintenance.
• Learn electrical drawings and substation equipment schematics.
• Assist with safety practices and adherence to NERC compliance guidelines.
• Demonstrate basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Develop understanding of power grid operations and field procedures.
