Job summary

Energy Erectors, Inc. is seeking a Substation Foreman to supervise day-to-day substation construction activities, report to the Project Manager, and guide teams from Groundman to Leadman. The role requires coordinating scheduling, safety, and quality on site in a field environment.

Responsibilities include creating project plans, tracking weekly reports, and ensuring budget adherence while maintaining EEI’s safety culture and procedures. OSHA 30 and a valid CDL are preferred credentials.

Qualifications

• Lead and coordinate field activities with construction teams.
• Forecast resources and schedule to meet project milestones.
• Coordinate with project management to ensure budget adherence.
• Ensure safety and quality standards on site as per EEI policies.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute the project plan to schedule and ensure compliance with budget.
• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities.
• Track and communicate weekly project report and generate a 3 weeks look ahead.
• Ensure project materials and workmanship meet the project quality standards and design requirements.
• Initiate and conduct project meetings with staff assigned to the project and management if necessary.
• Review and address plan details, resolve issues before they result in added budget expenditures.
• Advise Superintendent of any potential problems, work interferences or schedule difficulties while assisting in circumventing/resolving such conflicts.
• Enforce site specific plans and procedures that are in line with EEI’s culture and safety requirements.
• Review and submit weekly time sheets to payroll for processing.
• Maintain the project’s daily job diary.
