Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• FE certificate preferred; PE licensure considered
• 3+ years of engineering experience in substation design, maintenance or testing

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe work practices for coworkers and the community.
• Commission substations and support equipment testing.
• Develop energization plans and review test results.
• Provide on-site technical support during preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Lead or mentor technicians and junior engineers as needed.
