Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Electric Utility experience in the substation function required.
• PE license required (Professional Engineer).
• Experience leading a substation design/analysis team; ability to grow a team and business footprint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Substation organization, mentoring staff locally and remotely.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Lead projects and proposals; perform quality checks on substation designs.
• Manage budgets, resources, and reporting for business performance.
