Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Electric Utility experience in the substation function required.
• 3+ years related work experience in substation design and analysis with a leadership example for Manager Level.
• PE required.
• Leadership, creativity, and technical background to understand and develop the substation business.
• AcSELerator, MicroStation, AutoCAD, and MS Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and supervise local and remote technical staff to grow the Substation organization.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and oversee procedures to meet requirements and quality.
• Lead substation projects and proposal development; perform quality checks on designs and proposals.
• Manage budgets and resources; develop plans and track business performance.
• Develop competitive strategies for acquiring clients and expanding relationships with assigned clients.
• Engage with market trends and represent ENERCON at conferences and technical committees.
