Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS in Electrical Engineering from a four-year college or university.
• Effective communication skills are essential.
• Experience with drafting software (AutoCAD) is preferred; familiarity with power-system modeling is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Complete calculations of limited complexity with supervision.
• Develop and maintain Electrical Single Line Diagrams, Schematic/Interconnection Diagrams, and related plans.
• Support electrical design activities for transmission and distribution substations.
• Assist with power system study models (short circuit, load flow, protection coordination, arc flash).
• Support experienced engineers with project tasks.
