Qualifikationen

• Four plus years of relevant experience with high voltage electrical design.
• Experience in substation design or protective relay controls systems.
• Electrical utility, consulting or system integrator background.
• Knowledge of protective relay or automation applications.
• Ability to learn product concepts and details.

Aufgaben

• Create detailed substation physical and electrical designs under a technical lead.
• Prepare CAD drawings and project documentation.
• Develop drawings including general arrangements, views, plans, grounding and BOM.
• Provide design engineering support to project leads.
• Complete work within timelines and budgets with high quality.
• Develop and maintain expertise in SEL equipment and design practices.
• Mentor junior designers or drafters on technical tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of SEL solutions for protection and automation.
