Job summary

Premier PV seeks a Substation Control Center Manager to lead the technical execution of the substation control center product line from concept through pilot production and high-volume manufacturing readiness. You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and EPC/Owner partners to release sub-products and integrated control houses.

The role requires extensive experience in substation control equipment, SCADA interfaces, and electrical infrastructure, with a strong

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 10+ years in engineering, product development, manufacturing integration, or utility/industrial electrical infra; 12+ preferred.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams in engineering, manufacturing, quality or product development.
• Experience with substation control houses, protection panels, SCADA/communications racks, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the control center product roadmap from concept through PG-3/PG-5 and pilot production.
• Lead development of configurable Small, Medium, and Large control house product lines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and EPC/Owner partners.
• Ensure UL 508A panel shop readiness and component compliance evidence for listed equipment.
• Maintain design docs, BOMs, travelers, test procedures, and acceptance criteria.
