Job summary

Premier PV seeks a Substation Control Center Manager to oversee the development and production readiness of configurable substation control houses. You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and EPC/Owner partners to drive design, qualification, and integration of control center sub-products.

Responsibilities include leading engineering teams, defining roadmaps through PG-3/PG-5 pilots, and ensuring compliant, factory-ready releases across standard and custom

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• 10+ years in engineering or manufacturing integration.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with substation control houses and SCADA racks.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and EPC/Owner partners.
• Own the control center product roadmap from concept through production readiness.
• Develop configurable Small/Medium/Large control houses and option kits.
• Coordinate UL 508A panel-shop readiness and compliance evidence.
• Ensure NEC, IEEE, NFPA compliance in design practices.
