Think Power Solutions is seeking a Construction Site Representative I for assignments across diverse substation construction projects within the SCE territory. You will be the primary liaison between the onsite contractor and the SCE Project Manager, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure safety, schedule, quality, and compliance.

The role requires understanding substation prints and power flow, with travel up to 25% and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months experience in substation construction or construction management.
• Experience in Substation Contract Management.
• Experience in Substation Construction.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage SCE Safety and Environmental Issues onsite.
• Manage Contract, Cost and Schedule for Project.
• Facilitate Construction Plan and Sequence.
• Manage Quality and Inspection.
• Prepare Field Change Orders for approval and processing.
• Communicate to SCE stakeholders on project status or issues.
• Oversee and verify receipt of As-Built drawings from Contractor.
• Initiate CIR process.
• Prepare project closure documents.
