Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) seeks a Substation Construction Senior Supervisor to lead a crew of 10–16 craft employees on multiple substation projects. You will prepare detailed construction plans, review drawings, schedule outages, and provide technical support and training to ensure high-quality, safe work.

You will coordinate with management, uphold IBEW agreements, and travel up to 50% within the SCE territory while working in a hybrid mode with relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of combined experience performing or supervising electric utility substation construction.
• Valid Class C Driver's License.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts job walks and provides project updates on substation construction projects.
• Coordinate schedules and outages for concurrent substation projects.
• Supervise an electrical crew of 10–16 craft employees and provide training.
• Review engineering prints and generate construction plans for stakeholders.
• Uphold safety, compliance, and IBEW labor agreements in daily operations.
