Responsibilities

• Manage large complex projects and perform engineering analyses, studies, and develop conceptual designs.
• Lead, coach, direct, and assist technical employees and teams; provide mentorship.
• Assist in finalizing contract project specifications and technical evaluation of bids.
• Provide support to land, permitting, and legal issues.
• Plan work with general direction and apply creative/non-standard approaches when needed.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, agencies and internal teams to solve problems.
