Job summary

FirstEnergy Corp seeks a Construction Site Coordinator to supervise pre-construction through post-construction activities for transmission and distribution projects in the Oil City, Erie, Clearfield, or Indiana PA regions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or 3+ years of related construction experience, with preference for electrical substation/line construction. Strong teamwork, communication, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related technical field is required.
In lieu of a degree, 3 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction is required.
Experience in electrical substation and/or line construction preferred.
Proven teamwork and interpersonal skills to aid in issue resolution.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to deliver quality, accurate work within deadlines.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activities for transmission and distribution projects.
Understand project scope, constraints, and schedule development including CPM calculations.
Manage scheduling tasks and report progress; assist in bid package development and pre-bid meetings.
