Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (ABET accredited).
• 5+ years of engineering experience or advanced degrees with reduced years.
• Experience leading engineering teams and managing regulatory/compliance projects.
• Knowledge of applicable safety and industry standards for electric utilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and supervise engineers in Substation Compliance to meet timelines.
• Oversee all substation compliance activities per safety standards and project specs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to address cyber security incidents and investigations.
• Evaluate direct reports and develop leadership and technical skills.
• Work with other departments to achieve department and company goals.
• Set priorities and align work with other sections; perform special tasks as needed.
