Responsibilities

• Lead and prioritize work group activities in Substation Compliance
• Oversee substation compliance in safety and regulatory standards
• Guide cross-functional teams to meet department goals and metrics
• Develop leadership and training plans for staff
• Evaluate and develop direct reports to build expertise
• Support cyber security incident response and forensic investigations
• Coordinate with other departments to achieve department objectives
