Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in mechanical or electrical technology or related field required.
• 5+ years in electric utility work methods, materials, and equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly and contractor personnel in substation equipment installation and testing.
• Ensure safety rules, regulations, and procedures are followed on site.
• Coordinate work with generation, distribution, transmission, and engineering teams.
• Review reports and budgets; manage labor and material charges and variances.
• Develop employees through performance reviews and on-the-job training.
