Electric Power Systems is seeking a Commissioning Engineer to coordinate testing and commissioning of electrical distribution and transmission substations for utility clients. You will supervise startup personnel, contractor electricians, and engineering staff on-site, ensuring safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong communication, management skills, and a proven safety record, with experience in high voltage equipment testing and substation deployment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical equipment testing and inspection, including high voltage applications.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and lead testing and commissioning activities for substations.
• Verify procedures comply with standards and client requirements.
• Supervise startup personnel and contractor teams.
