GAI Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Associate Substation CAD Operator to support substation projects. You will perform CAD work on red-lined engineering markups and assist with project documents under supervision.

The role requires basic 2-D drafting, familiarity with AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with deadlines. An Associate Degree is required, with no prior experience necessary.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field is required.
• 0 years of experience specified; entry-level.
• Basic 2-D line work and text edits are expected.

Responsabilités

• Open, revise, plot, and save drawing CAD files.
• Assist in compiling and verifying drawing and project document packages.
• Learn and apply CAD standards and QA/QC procedures.
• Support CAD technicians and operators to develop skills.
• Attend project meetings and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
