Job summary

Altitude Energy LLC in Dallas, TX seeks a Substation Apprentice to grow skills in transmission and distribution infrastructure. You will work in the field, travel as required, report to the Foreman, and participate in quarterly apprenticeship trainings while advancing through a certified Journeyman Lineman Apprenticeship.

Requirements include a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with clean MVR (CDL preferred or obtainable within six months), CPR/First Aid certification or ability to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must complete a certified Journeyman Lineman Apprenticeship Program.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR; Class A CDL preferred or obtainable within six months.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties assigned by supervisor.
• Attend quarterly apprenticeship training in person.
• Attend monthly safety and apprenticeship Teams calls.
• Track apprenticeship hours timely and accurately.
• Read, understand and follow contract documents/drawings; ensure work meets contract requirements.
• Produce quality work and comply with company policies and procedures.
