Job summary

Altitude Energy LLC seeks a motivated Substation Apprentice to support field construction, maintenance, and substation work in the western United States. You will participate in on-site tasks, read drawings, and learn under supervision while advancing through a structured apprenticeship.

Required are a high school diploma or GED, a Journeyman Lineman Apprenticeship program completion, and a valid driver's license with a clean MVR.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Completed a certified Journeyman Lineman Apprenticeship Program.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean MVR; Class A CDL preferred or obtainable within six months of hire.
• CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Performs all duties assigned by supervisor.
• Attend quarterly apprenticeship training in person.
• Attend monthly safety and apprenticeship Teams calls.
• Track apprenticeship hours timely and accurately.
• Read, understand and follow contract documents/drawings.
• Ensure all work is completed according to contract documents.
