Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide direct counseling services (individual and group) for adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders
• Complete Biopsychosocial and Comprehensive assessments
• Initiate and update treatment plans
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Coordinate discharge planning
